Does Ertekaaz Store deliver globally?
Ertekaaz Store (owned and operated by Momins Trading Private Limited) ships its products within India.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- Ready/Available products will be shipped in 1-2 working days.
- Custom-made/tailor-made products will be shipped in 3-5 working days.
For Domestic Orders - India
After dispatch, we aim to deliver your products within 3-5 working days, although it may take 7-10 days in some remote locations. (through Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart, Professional Courier & India Post)
For International Orders - Outside India
Currently, we do not ship outside India.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer.
For Urgent Deliveries
We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance for specific delivery times.
Will I get my orders during public holidays?
Your orders will not be processed during public holidays, natural calamities, or emergency holidays. We will inform you in advance via the registered email address or mobile number.
What if I am not able to receive the order or the order gets returned?
Delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If not received, the package will be returned to Momins Trading Private Limited. Please provide complete address details during checkout to avoid returns.
How much will I get charged for shipping?
Shipping charges may vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your items. Free shipping is available for orders within Chennai (above Rs.500/-) or orders above Rs.5000/- across India.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, it may take up to 4 hours for tracking information to be updated. You'll receive the shipment within the next 2-4 working days. If multiple tracking numbers appear, your order was shipped in more than one package.
Please note:
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
- In case of late deliveries, you'll be notified via SMS or email by the shipping partner.
